A former Catholic Priest turned journalist, Charles Hardy has been a witness to history from his cardboard shack in a hillside barrio in Caracas. He has been a first hand participant in Venezuela's popular movement that is transforming the nation. Come hear his passionate account of the "Bolivarian Process" as he wraps up his North American tour in Portland.
